Pattern preparation & delivery
For patterns marked “Prepared after purchase”, your digital files are delivered within 1 business day of payment. The preparation time is shown on the product page before you order.
What happens after you order?
- Order confirmation. Keep the confirmation email and your order number.
- Pattern preparation. We prepare the digital files described on the product page. These files are not available for immediate download at the time of purchase.
- File delivery. When your files are ready, we send the download link to the email address used at checkout.
What does 1 business day mean?
Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery is due by the end of the next business day after payment, using Istanbul time (UTC+3). For example, an order paid on Monday is due by the end of Tuesday. An order paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is due by the end of Monday.
Waiting for your files?
Check your inbox and spam folder for the download email. If the delivery time has passed, contact Sewlore and include your order number so we can check it.

Before you buy
Read the individual product page for the design, size range, included file formats and development status. PDF page counts are confirmed when the files are complete. Preparation time does not mean a pattern has been physically sewn or fit tested.
Your purchase is for digital sewing files. No finished item, fabric or printed paper pattern is shipped. Patterns already supplied as ready downloads follow the delivery details on their own product pages.
