A standalone gathered skirt

The Children's Gathered Skirt is planned around a child-specific elastic waist, a single gathered section and side-seam pockets. It is a separate skirt project; the children's pinafore includes a bib and shoulder fastenings. Confirm current waist and hip measurements before ordering. Age ranges and final size coverage are not yet established for the new skirt.
