Enclosed feet distinguish these planned adult tights from ankle-length leggings. The design is intended as an opaque knit layer under skirts, dresses and long tops, with the leg and foot proportions considered together.

Fabric and construction

Choose fabric only after the finished instructions establish the required horizontal and vertical stretch. A soft four-way stretch knit is the starting point; ordinary non-stretch fabric is unsuitable. Toe seams, foot length and fabric recovery need particular attention during sampling.

Measurements and files

The final size chart, print layouts and PDF page counts will be confirmed when prepared. Contact Sewlore before ordering to check suitability for waist, full hip, rise, inseam, ankle, foot length and foot circumference measurements. This is not a custom fitting service.
