Test the fabric after laundering and check whether the ties form a comfortable bow without excessive bulk.

The fitting sample should assess strap spacing, neckline gaping and the rear waist during movement. Sitting and reaching are particularly useful checks because they change the tension across the open back. Elastic recovery must suit the fabric and the intended ease. The skirt should fall smoothly from the front while allowing the rear waist to move, keeping the design relaxed without losing its defined upper shape.
