Fabric and sewing notes
A lightweight woven with fluid drape, such as a suitable viscose twill or crepe, is the intended starting point. Crisp or heavy cloth will create a different silhouette. Narrow edge finishes and careful handling of the front panels will matter; let a trial version settle before levelling the hem.
This design is an open draped layer. For a front that crosses and ties closed, compare the wrap vest. The top and trousers in the previews are styling items, not included patterns.
