Fabric and sewing notes
A manageable woven suiting or lightweight wool blend could hold the collar and shaped panels. Test the collar fabric against the main cloth so their weights work together. Sewing development should address the facing turn, off-centre closure support and lining balance. A fitting sample over the intended blouse must check overlap, collar position, sleeve movement and seated comfort.
