Prepared after purchase. Digital delivery within 1 business day. A tall pointed crown rises above a broad circular brim in this planned adult witch hat. Its plain aubergine cloth keeps the sewn shape visible, with a narrow matching band around the base.

One pointed crown and a wide brim

• Upright conical crown formed from sewn woven cloth
• Broad, nearly flat circular brim joined at the crown base
• Narrow self-fabric band without a buckle or bow
• Planned lining and internal interfacing to support the shape
• Plain rear joining seams and a neatly topstitched brim edge

This order covers one adult costume hat. The smooth crown, plain band and single brim are the whole design; a collar, cloak, child-size version or complete costume is not included. The rear crown and brim seam arrangement is Sewlore's own development choice.

Develop the support with the cloth

A medium-weight cotton twill or light canvas is the starting direction. The lining and interfacing must work with that fabric rather than add enough bulk to distort the head opening. Sample the supported cloth before cutting the full crown and brim. The rendered texture does not establish a tested fabric weight or support specification.

The English guide will address closing the cone seam, joining the curved crown opening, enclosing the brim edge, attaching the lining and adding the plain band. Make a complete trial hat to check adult head circumference, crown depth, brim balance and a clear view when turning the head. Final height, brim width and support selection will be established during preparation; a universal one-size fit is not promised.

The final adult size chart, finished measurements, material quantities, print formats, layouts and PDF page counts will be confirmed during preparation. Please contact Sewlore before ordering to check measurement suitability and intended use. Custom fitting is not included.
