• Separate smooth front and back bibs with straight upper edges and downward-pointed lower joins
• Broad straight shoulder straps with one button at each front attachment, two in total
• Fixed rear strap attachments without crossing or rear buttons
• Soft gathering directly beneath the front and back V-shaped joins
• Two rectangular front hip patch pockets and a plain rear
• Roomy short legs with turned hems and deep open sides for layering over a top
• No separate waistband, elastic waist, front fly or chest pocket

The petrol front and rear previews show the same planned short overalls, also called a romper. Copper is an alternative cloth color. Both pointed joins belong to the design; they are not a flat waist seam hidden by a belt.

Fabric, access and sewing

An opaque medium-light linen-cotton blend is the starting fabric direction. It should support the bib and patch-pocket edges while falling into soft gathers. Wash and press a swatch, then compare the doubled bib and gathered seam thickness. Very bulky cloth or stretch jersey would need a different assessment.

The front shoulder buttons release the straps. A discreet concealed opening in the left side seam is planned as part of Sewlore's original development to provide additional dressing access; its depth and reinforcement will be established with the draft. The preview cannot confirm dressing clearance. A full fitting sample must check torso length, seated rise, hip ease and movement over the intended underlayer before final fabric is cut.

The English guide will address supporting the pointed bib joins, distributing the gathers evenly, finishing the open sides, reinforcing the strap buttons, constructing the side opening and applying the pockets. The V points need careful clipping and reinforcement without trapping excess fullness at the center.
