Planned design
A frame bag uses the space within a bicycle frame, so its outline depends on the bicycle rather than ordinary handbag proportions. This planned design has a slim triangular body, a side zipper and mounting tabs located around the measured frame. A stable canvas or suitable bag fabric could support the shape, with lining and reinforcement selected during development. Sewing will focus on fitting the gusset, reinforcing the attachment areas and keeping the zipper accessible. Clearances for cables, pedalling and any bottles need checking on the particular bicycle. Carrying capacity and attachment performance have not been tested.
