Design and fabric

This pull-on tunic is planned with a boat neckline and cut-on elbow sleeves, giving the upper body a loose, continuous shape. Side slits would open the longer hem over trousers, while a faced neckline would keep the front free of a placket. A soft linen blend, cotton lawn or lightweight woven viscose could be considered once the draft's volume is established. The guide would focus on reinforcing the slit corners, sewing the underarm curves and keeping the neckline stable. A trial garment would help assess the opening for dressing and the sleeve width during reaching.
