Planned design

This planned child's jumpsuit brings a simple upper body together with straight trouser legs at a defined waist seam. A front opening is part of the construction brief, with dressing and toileting access considered during development. A stable lightweight cotton twill or soft woven fabric could suit the concept, depending on the final ease. The guide will cover joining the torso to the trousers, finishing the opening and balancing the leg hems. A one-piece garment needs careful checks of body length, seated movement and opening reach. The design uses a dedicated child block, with no age-based size promise.
