Prepared after purchase. Digital delivery within 1 business day. A gathered hem gives this planned sleeveless children's top a soft finish, while plain wide-leg trousers balance the outfit. The two pieces form one woven daywear set, with a simple front and a practical button opening at the back.

Two planned pieces

• Relaxed sleeveless top with a round neckline and broad shoulder sections
• Plain front bodice without bust darts or a front opening
• Separate short gathered ruffle attached around the lower bodice
• Four-button center-back opening ending at the ruffle joining seam
• Continuous lower ruffle beneath the rear opening
• Full-length wide straight trousers with a narrow fully elastic casing waist
• Plain turned trouser hems without pockets, fly, drawstring or cuffs

Ochre with teal shows the front and back. Dusty rose with deep plum shows the same construction in another color combination. Both the top and trousers are included in the preparation scope. This is a daytime separates design; it is not presented as sleepwear.

Fabric and sewing

A soft, opaque cotton woven or a suitable light linen-cotton blend is the starting point. Choose cloth that gathers without excessive bulk and allows the trousers to move comfortably. Check shrinkage and colorfastness for both fabrics before cutting.

Preparation will address neckline and armhole finishing, an even ruffle join, the rear button opening and the elastic casing. A fitting sample should establish dressing access, shoulder and armhole room, waist comfort, crotch ease and walking clearance. Button attachment and the lower opening must be checked on the sample. The final child measurement chart and elastic specification will be confirmed during preparation; no fixed age range is promised here.
