Planned design
An envelope neckline and an opening at the gusset are central to this planned knit baby bodysuit. The garment is intended as a continuous top and lower body, with bound openings and short sleeves. A soft jersey with dependable stretch recovery is a possible choice, but the final stretch requirement will follow pattern development. The guide will focus on overlapping the shoulder sections, applying binding without stretching it out and reinforcing the closure area. A sample will be needed to check access, body length and leg openings. The design is separate from a loose woven bubble romper.
