Planned design

A fabric outfit can give a decorative porch goose a change of character through the seasons. This planned set pairs a shaped vest with a small matching hat, using the statue's neck, chest and body outline to define the pieces. Stable cotton would suit a sheltered display, while fabric choice and placement will determine how the finished outfit behaves outdoors. Construction will focus on opening placement, shaping around the breast and making neat small edges. The set dresses an existing statue; it does not create a stuffed goose. Fit is not assumed for any named statue brand or manufacturer.
