Planned design

A small sitting cat gives fabric scraps a characterful project with more shaping than a flat silhouette. The intended design combines a rounded head, shaped muzzle and seated body, with a curved tail that becomes part of the outline. A stable cotton or a short pile plush could suit the concept; pile direction and stretch will affect how the pieces behave. Construction will focus on matching the head seams, placing the ears symmetrically and distributing stuffing through the body. Facial details are planned as embroidery, allowing expression to come from stitching rather than attached plastic parts.
