A continuous body with front button access

• Moderate V neckline with broad fixed sleeveless shoulders
• Narrow front placket with four buttons, extending below the natural waist to the upper hip
• Relaxed torso continuing directly into full-length wide legs without a horizontal waist seam
• Discreet pockets within the side seams
• High shallow round back neckline and a simple center-back seam
• Plain rear and plain turned leg hems

The front opening provides the planned dressing access. There is no collar, waistband, belt, waist elastic, shoulder fastening, zipper, fly extension, dart, pleat or exterior patch pocket. Copper shows the front and back; rich navy shows the same garment in another color. The exact placket length and button spacing will be established during preparation.

Fabric and fitting

An opaque medium-light linen or linen-cotton blend with a soft structured fall is the starting point for this original Sewlore development. The fabric should bend comfortably through the seat while retaining the V edge and pocket openings. Prewash a swatch and compare its drape, shrinkage and seam bulk. Stretch jersey is not interchangeable with this planned woven draft.

The English guide will address stabilizing the front placket, making buttonholes, enclosing neckline and armhole edges, inserting side-seam pockets and balancing the wide-leg hems. A complete fitting sample must check torso length, seated ease, stride, armhole coverage and clearance through the front opening together. Keep the hem clear of the floor and assess pocket weight before using final cloth.
