Planned design

A softly shaped crown and a broad lower band give this planned jersey cap a simple everyday outline. The brief focuses on a light fabric head cover with seam placement considered during construction, rather than a rigid brim or structured hat body. A soft jersey with good recovery is a possible starting point; the required stretch and band proportion will be set during development. Sewing will focus on joining the crown panels, enclosing the band seam and checking that the edge keeps its shape. Head circumference and fabric behaviour need checking on a sample. No medical use or benefit is promised.
