Fabric and sewing notes

Consider stable washable cotton, such as poplin or broadcloth. Check opacity and prewash a sample. Preparation will address strap placement, bib and neckline finishing, skirt gathers, patch pockets, waist fastening and back overlap. View B also needs sleeve and shoulder movement checked over the intended dress. Make a fitting sample to assess coverage, reach and tie placement.
