Fabric starting point

Development and fitting

Check that the neckline stays comfortable when the arms move and that the ruffle does not pull across the upper body. The fitting sample should also establish bust support, sitting ease and the back opening. The proposed bias placement will be refined through fabric tests, with the internal finish settled during development.
