Two small covered buttons bridge the front opening of this planned woven crop top. Curved panels shape the bust and waist beneath a softly squared neckline. Broad straps and a closed upper back balance the open front, with narrow waist ties forming a small bow behind.

Seafoam shows the same top from the front and back; dusty mauve shows the alternative color. This order includes the top only. For a coordinated outfit, the bias-cut slip skirt pattern is available separately. No skirt pattern is included with this crop top.

Fabric and fitting

A fine opaque linen-cotton blend, light linen suiting or stable cotton woven is a starting point. Test the cloth with a compatible facing or lining so the front edges hold their shape without stiffness. Sample the covered buttons and loops together; the opening needs secure attachments and suitable spacing.

Preparation will address panel matching, neckline corners, front-edge support, covered fastenings and tie attachments. Check bust shaping, strap placement and the front gap while sitting and reaching. Back ties can refine the waist outline but should not compensate for an incorrectly fitted body.
